Paul Mandelkern grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland and Tallahassee. He graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in history. He received his law degree from Duke University and a masters of law in taxation from the University of Florida. He practiced law in Orlando for 41 years concentrating on business law and mergers and acquisitions with a focus on representing healthcare providers such as hospitals and large physician practices. Paul has served on the boards of several community organizations and on Winter Park city advisory boards. He is currently the chairperson of the City of Winter Park Code Compliance Board. He has been a member of the University Club since 2017 and is married to Club member Holly Mandelkern.
