Gilda Gomez, a native of New York, moved to Casselberry, Florida in 1959. She attended Lyman High School and the University of Florida and taught in Orange County Public Schools for thirty years. For six years, she was a facilitator at a Senior Center for the Central Florida YMCA. She joined the University Club in 2008; she previously served as Vice President of Membership and Executive VP, is on the Receptions committee, and is Past President.
